Hello Everyone,

I am looking for motivational folks for my friends list. I've been lucky and have some wonderful ones, but would like some from the UK as well as the 2 chaps that are friends.

I'm 5'7 and am looking to lose 3.5s or 57lbs. For my food I am doing LC/Atkins/Keto and for exercise walking with an aim to run, and kettle bells. I'm in my late 40's, it's now or never.

    Hey, from south east London . Gone back to using this full time now , it's been too weeks . Feeling motivated but wobble at the weekends . Will keep going !
