New to Low Carb any advice would be Great

New to Low Carb leaning how to eat again. I have found a few Go to Items Low Carb soft taco wraps. I have also been mixing white beans with green beans or peas. Omelettes and Yogurt.

I'm not sure what kind of Yogurt I should be buying. I do not like the plain yogurt.

I have not yet figure out how to eat at a fast food Restaurant other than a salad. Will they normally just sell you a couple of Hamburger patties or not?

I have to also watch the amount of sugar I eat so the chocolate covered protein bars are not an option.

Is there a Good book on Low Carb diet I could read to help keep me motivated.
