Spaghetti Squash w Marinara and Chicken

Cook one spaghetti squash by cutting in half, taking out seeds, place in bowl with about an inch of water and microwave or bake till it flakes away with a fork like spaghetti

1 cup of spaghetti squash 42 calories topped with:
1/2 cup marinara (I use Trader Joes's at 50 calories or look at the label on others in grocery store for similar calories)
1 cup chopped roasted chicken breast 231 calories
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese 22 calories

This is really hearty and so much lower in calories than regular pasta. You can make it even lighter if you cut down on the chicken to 1/2 cup. If you need a greater volume of food, add more spaghetti squash. You can pre-cook the squash and chicken and you have a really quick, nutricious lunch or dinner.
