My name is Anie, I am new. my goal is to lose a total weight of 50 pounds.

    I currently been exercising in the mornings doing cardio: for example my recumbent bike. I usually ride for 30 minutes. I was told that it was be beneficial to exercise 20-30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weight training. If anyone has any suggestions, please don't be afraid to share. I am eating really well too.

    Hi, Anie, I'm new around here too :) Someone at the gym told me that weights before cardio is a good idea, otherwise your muscles are all fatigued by the time you get to the weights if you leave them last.
