did you know I went home to ride a bicycle at lunch and took mine off to get a shower and forgot to put it back on? I feel naked now...doesnt that fit in well with the last conversation we all had about cooking naked?

Might I had ditched my FitBit ages ago? Would you believe I found it just really wasn't worth my time bothering with it because it wouldn't track some of my activity and I am really quite an active person anyway?

did you know I was shocked to find out how few steps I take during my normal workday? I was like 10K steps easy peasy, but I usually only hit that very late in the day or on weekends when I am out of town of if I do yard work on a weekday? did you know I also don't use it for Gym time as I cannot be bothered with logging workouts?

Did you know most days I'd be at 10k steps before noon? And would you believe it wouldn't track my skating so that was annoying?

Aren't I lucky that the things I like to do for hobbies are active?
Shouldn't we all find something we like doing and that makes exercise fun?
