I just got back from vacation and I'am starting my workout eating healthy program! UGH!!!! I have not been doing great for a few months now. I got on my scale this morning which surprised me, I have gained 15 pounds : ( This first week is going to be tough but I have to start somewhere right??? I have this yoyo thing going on, I will do great for months then get to where I want to be and slack off and I always say to myself you have worked so hard and it takes so long that I will not go back to my bad habits but I then find myself statring all over again. Well it here goes wish me luck : ) any motovation is very much appreciated : ) I'am not on here often but plan on it from here on out so new friends with same issues and motovation here we go : )

I tend to do the same thing, only instead of going up and down 15 pounds, mine is more like up and down 60 pounds. So I just got back from vacation. I had lost 20 pounds in the 2 months before my vacation. Starting back on my program today, and as long as I didn't gain much, I should have about 70-75 pounds to go. It is definitely hard!

And you can add me too. I started a week ago and had no one to discuss my dieting options with, so I started blogging about it. (in essence, I am talking to myself) If you would like, you can follow along.. www.my120daydiet.wordpress.com (I am not selling anything, just hoping the world will hold me accountable)...
