You look super! You are a defnite inspiration! I'm just starting (This is the beginning of my 3rd week). What would you say has been your biggest challenge? Do you have anything you discovered along the way that you would share with others wanting to follow in your successful footsteps?

My biggest challenge has been the summer time and the holidays I wold always fall off track. I wish I would have stuck to it more during those times because I would have reached my goal a lot sooner. That would be my advice though....for people to not give up if they've fallen off their course. Just get back on track and keep going, if you stick to it, you will reach the end. What has helped me the most is learning to love my vegetables and really researching the nutritional content of food, especially when eating out!
