Goals

Lately I've been thinking about my fitness goals and what I want to accomplish by the end of the year. I thought it could be a fun discussion of we all shared our end of year goals with each other. My goals are to lose AT LEAST 15 pounds, get my mile time under 10 minutes (currently 11:24), and to finally have a healthy and stable relationship with food.

    Nice goals!

    My goals are to squat twice my body weight- long term. Shoot for 250 by the end of next year. I'd like to deadlift at least 300 and bench press 135. And compete at a power lifting meet again.

    I hope that within two months I can do a pull up.

    And I hope I can do all this while maintaining a relatively lean physique.

    Love your goals! My goals are to get down to 150 pounds (same as you, about 15 pounds), log and weigh my food consistently, and hit all my workouts (at least 5x a week). We can do this!
