Not the greens mind you, just the root part. But if you have a good recipe for the greens you would like to share go for it! Currently I am just steaming them and adding a little butter. What do you do to your turnips?

I also steam them with my other veggies. And put olive oil and a little black pepper.1

I like them riced or noodled. Turnip risotto is fabulous

I substitute turnips for any potatoes in soups. Really lightens them up and it has fewer carbs/calories.1
