Ok all you I HIGHLY recommend one I am getting MORE portions then just guessing I am shocked when I weigh food Seems I been "shorting" myself big time for an affordable one I have this one on Amazon:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001N07KUE
I just cant stress enough about weighing your food and seeing what a true portion is I am AMAZED!

My husband and I just bought the same one yesterday....very excited for it to come in the mail so we can stop guessing! It has really good reviews so I am hoping it will really help us with our portions!0

I was a previous eye roller when it came to weighing and measuring, who has time for that?. I also thought I didn't need to be exact in my calories. I would guess but, if things weren't one serving per I would just shrug. I never knew how many portions were in what I was eating but still counted them as one. SO SILLY! Now I measure and am looking into a scale, no more guessing! And I am loosing the weight at a better pace than I was before. So recommended from a former anti weigh-er.0

I have one to these http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Digital-Nutrition-Scale-Professional/dp/B0013IDHTO/ref=sr_1_34?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1310412718&sr=1-34
A lot more expensive but it does a lot. A digital kitchen scale makes quick work of counting calories. Love it.0 -
