Hello All!
37/M/Tx/6'2 here.
5 years ago I dropped 50 lbs and went from 250lbs to 200lbs.
Since then, I've gradually crept back up to 227 lbs through a combination of slightly overeating and drinking. I've realized I'm on the wrong path and have re-committed to having the healthy lifestyle I've always wanted.
I'm 2 weeks into a 30-day push up challenge and yesterday took my 8 month old son out for the first of many evening walk & runs.
Thinking back on what was I doing right 5 years ago, several of the keys was using MFP with community members keeping me accountable to my food diary, exercising at LEAST 3 times per week (At my best I was doing 5 days per week).
I'd like some buddies who'll give me a thumbs up / thumbs down on my diary and encourage this journey. I'll be that to you as well.
Good luck to you all and don't give up and remember, there isn't a point where you're "done." It takes commitment.
