    Hello. Mom here of 1 year old boy I am also trying to lose the baby fat once you get into the habit of eating right and excercising daily it gets easier good luck on your weight loss journey

    My baby girl is 2 and my post baby weight is all gone!!! LOL!!! now just working on recuping muscle and toning.

    I have 6 boys, but my most recent is only 2 months old. I am battling losing the weight while still eating enough for nursing.

    Congrats on your baby! I am getting rid of my post-pregnancy weight gain too! It's about time since my son turned 16 last March. I wish I hadn't waited so long.

    Welcome! I'm a mom to 5 kids (ages 10, 8, 6, 3 and 18 months). I started my weight loss journey about 5 months ago. I'm not really losing much anymore but I'm focusing more on activities (got lots of room for activities out in the prairie). I started this by wanting to get back to my "old self" which I equated with skinny but what I really wanted was to get back to my healthier, active, FUN way of life!! I was letting 5 kids hold me back but now I realize that kayaking, hiking and bike riding are MORE fun when you get to drag 5 mini peeps around ;)

    I'm a mom to three beautiful daughters ages 3, 2, and 9 months. I am working on getting back to the weight I was before my first was born. I've been eating healthier for the last week now and feel so much better already!
