Low carb Greek yogurt

Can anyone tell me what the best is ? It seems the ones I have gotten have too many carbs.

  I like to stay under 30 a day but what I was eating had 18 per serving

  I like the Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt. I mix it with PB.
  15 gr protein, 6 gr sugar, 14 gr carbs.
  Idk how low carb you need though

  I eat the Dannon Oikos Plain with cottage cheese at times, but I like a little fruit and nuts or granola cuz I don't mind good carbs.
