Friends to help me get out of a post-year slump!?

Hi there,

I've been logging consistently for over a year, dropped almost 3 stone, and am pleased with results.

However, for the last 3 months I have been fluctuating both in terms of weight and eating habits.

I've been doing more exercise and have become a lot fitter so I tend to eat more and not necessarily the best and, therefore, the weight loss is slowing or non-existent. I always log, and always add calories, even when I'm over the limit. Like way over, like binging over. I'm true to myself and think logging is better than not.

But I want to get out of this slump and get dedicated again to the eating side of my health and lifestyle. I want it to match up with the active side which is only getting better.

Any new friends who can offer help, support, and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Katie

I lost 35lbs and then over the last year have gained and yo-yo'd I got on the scales in August and realised if I wasn't careful I would move back to where I started. It's only now it's starting to sink in that I need to get more motivated. I have set a star a day challenge between me and 2 friends. They person who gets the closest to their calorie count on each day gets a star. Whoever has the most stars at the end of the month gets a fee night out on the other two! Lol I'm determined not to be paying and to win a free night out so gonna do this! Hope you find your motivation soon, have you tried the challenge pages here in the menu options?
