    I tend to weigh anywhere from 122 - 135 at any given time. I'm at 134 now and was at 126 in August...EEK! I'm back into logging my food so hoping that will help. I just got back from a kid free vacation and that was a lot of my issue. Hoping to get back into the 120's fairly quickly.

    Oct 7: 150.4 - I am using a different weight scale from now on, so I don't know for sure if it's weight loss or the fact that it's a new weight scale! I have lost a few centimeters though!

    Challenges: Sick this week so limited exercise, and hurricane threats kept me from being able to paddle since my race on Sunday (too much wind/too much chop even though on West Coast of FL).

    Successes: Second big weight loss week for me (lost 1.4 last week; usually only lose around .6-.8 lbs/week)
