New to Keto

Just started my Keto journey.. so would live some friends who are in the same boat and can help push each other to the results we are looking for..

This is my first week and i feel really low on energy.. anyone else feel the same?? Any suggestions??

    Hey! I'm doing Keto as well.. I've been on it for 2.5 months and have lost 40 lbs so far.. it's a great way to drop the pounds. I will admit that the first week I was a little sluggish, but once you get past that 1st week, things will get better. Just remember that your carbs you need for energy are in all veggies. Also low carb tortillas are a staple for me.. the net carbs will definitely help you with your energy!
