Hi guys.
I'm kick starting my diet with slimfast shakes (twice a day) I had no idea they had so much sugar in them. Does any one know of better alternative shakes. Uk. Thanks x

    You can buy SlimFast 20 G protein and 1 G sugar, but you have to look for them (they sell them here in the states in grocery and drug stores). Atkins sells something similar with 15 G protein and 1 G sugar -- they taste better than Slimfast. I don't do the program for either company, but find it's good to keep a few shakes around for emergencies.

    Shakeology! Way better!
    Beachbody has some awesome stuff for losing weight and getting healthy!
