Naturally (as in no 'help') a woman not much apparently. have been told about 1-1.5kg per year.
my last DEXA had me up 100grams in 3 months... on a deficit. Dunno how accurate that was but I'll take it!

About 1/2-1 lbs a month for women and 1-2 for men in a surplus and a progressive overload lifting g program if you do everything perfectly0

I put on 2kg lean mass in a month. That is totally up to how much you are eating, training, how long you have been training etc etc etc.
I put on this rapidly as I started eating at maintenance and my lifting went from about intermediate to advanced in most lifts0 -

How are you measuring your muscle growth as 2kg is huge for a month1 -

Body fat %
3rd September 69kg/23.3%bf = 53kg lean mass
1 Oct 71 kg/22.6%bf = 55kg lean mass
And in actual fact I am about 71.5kg now but I am rounding down
Edit: just calculated the month before that as well.
23 July 69kg/25%bf = 51.75kg lean mass so in the first 6 weeks that was a 1.25kg in 6 weeks. I am not saying 2kg a month is my norm0 -
How are you measuring body fat? Not to harass you but you are claiming you gained 4x more muscle than what is the best case scenario for women.1

My coach is measuring with calipers at the same 5 sites each time. Any fat testing method may not be totally accurate but the rate of growth would be the same if the same method to test body fat is used. I tested the last measurements at different times of the month as well to see if there was any fluctuation depending on my cycle with no change.0 -
Just to point out, body fat calipers measure lean body mass. And lean body mass is more than just muscle (glycogen capacity, tissue, improved bone density, muscle, etc...). If you want to cheat it, you can go keto for awhile and then increase carbs. Boom instant increase in lean body mass
