Welcome @MolinaSchmolina ! Thanks. I thought if I shared my story with others and it gave just one person the motivation needed to get up and moving, it would be worth it.
Welcome @charlakinney1 ! The only exercise I do on a regular basis is walk. However, there are many videos on YouTube, workout DVDs you can buy and of course, there's always a gym. I have found over the course of time that I don't have the discipline to keep up a gym membership but there are so many others that do. I actually bought two "Sweatin' to the Oldies" DVDs (yes, the Richard Simmons ones) and plan on using them as the weather turns nasty this winter. They are way harder than they look...quite a workout! Many people recommend strength training as well. It all just depends on where your heart lies.
Anyone have any good exercise tips for @charlakinney1 ?

I too don't do the gym I do lots of Leslie Sansone walking videos on YouTube and alternate with some Dumbbells and now got a Kettlebell only 9lb at the moment but will go heavier. I exercise to be fit and strong and heart healthy also to strengthen my bones. Have lost about 35lbs but would like to lose a bit more
