    the hose could have a kink in it or be clogged. Mine wasn't draining so I unhooked the hose and flushed it out then it was fine

    It's a new dishwasher. This is why I'm frustrated. Hasn't been used once except for when the guy installed it for me. But I'll check that hose. Thanks!

    Filter is probably plugged! Depending on the dishwasher it might not be too difficult.
