Could someone suggest some healthy or maybe just low calorie snacks to take on the go other than obviously fruit or vegg? I have to get up early in the morning and eating breakfast at 6am doesn't work well for me.

I'm not an early breakfast eater by nature, either. The only time you'll find me eating before 8am is if I have a half marathon that morning.
My usual on the go breakfast is a protein bar. I have a few different brands that I like but have a tendency to stay with ones that are low sugar, higher in protein (15+ grams) and around 200 calories.0 -
My breakfast is usually a protein bar and these squeezable Apple purée things. I have to be up by 5am and out the door before six so this is what's best for me.0

make a bunch of hardboiled eggs for the week...those individual cottage cheese cups, greek yogurt, protein bar, Kodiak cakes are tasty protein pancakes. Im weird and like cold pancakes so you could maybe make a batch then just eat them rolled up or microwave them real quick0
