    Good job @rwbug - was thinking of doing the same today, but didn't get that far. I really need to start adding some variety.

    I've been a bit of a slacker. Going to have to work to catch up. Went to the gym today, but wanted to do my planks at home and almost forgot to do them. Body aching a bit from the gym, so only did 3 minutes today.

    It's a great challenge. It's not too much that you can't do it, and it'll strengthen the crap out of your core. Mine feels like a brick house only 1.5 months into these challenges. I'm sure there will be another one in November as well (I hope, it keeps me motivated.. thank you b3achy!).
