Well, I've been under 160 pounds for a week, so I'm officially declaring myself below 160. :-) Who else has made it to this point in the journey? I'm just so glad to be past the halfway point after 4 months of hard work.

I've been hovering around 155 pounds for the past week. These last 15 pounds are going to be a real battle I think.0

156.2! I think I was wrong about those 150s coming off quicker than the 160s, but at least I am moving in the right direction again. Those family BBQ's get me every time!0

155.6! It seems like the weight is coming of in chunks lately. No loss for a week and the. Boom. 1.6 lbs. I like it!0

I am getting close to that myself. Almost all my pants I can take off without undoing, and my shirts are looking baggy. I'm not shopping until right before my vacation though.0

152.6! It looks like I can get below 150 before I go to Vegas in 3 weeks! It was my goal to have lost 30 by my 30th bday, but that is on Saturday so I don't think it's going to happen. But I am damn happy with where I am!0

I was just barely below 150 for about a week, but then I fluctuated up today. Not sure what's up with that. Still, I'm pretty close to my goal weight, so I'm happy about that.0

I hit 152 on Friday, but went back up over the weekend.
Hoping to be below 151 by this Friday!

I think I may have hit my first plateau. I've been fluctuating between 152 and 153 for the last 3 weeks now....0

I plateaued for a month at one point, it was a real pain. As long as you keep living a healthy lifestyle it'll go back down eventually.

I've been in the 150's for SO LONG now! Still 153...after weight workouts I go up 1 or 2lbs for a few days, then back down to 153. The other day I saw a whisper of 152.5, but then back to 153 - argh! Is there a specific group to join (and if so, how?), or do I just keep following this thread?

Just keep following this thread. I am in the exact same boat. I went down to 152, then back up to 153, then down to 152.5, then back to 153....
I don't know what else to do! I've been fairly good at eating right, and I walk quite a bit each day. I guess I just have to wait it out!0 -
I'm currently stuck around 149 pounds, so I'm guessing I must be close to my ideal weight. I decided to just change my goals to "lose 1 pound per week" to maybe kickstart things for the final stretch. It's nice to have a bit more leeway again, 1200 calories a day is tough.0

Back down to 151.8! Finally! That Vegas weight came off easier than I thought it would. It was hard to get back down to 1200 calories a day, but now that I am, its not so bad anymore. Hopefully I will be out of the 150's soon, once and for all!0

Hooray! I'm glad you're making progress. :-) Since I've been losing weight a lot slower I'm just keeping track of my waistline more than anything... I'm down to 32.5" around my waist!0
