Anyone else feel like they work twice as hard restarting after the weekends or after a few bad days? Being consistent is really tough for me when I know I will only see results if I could remain focused 100% of the time. Any advice?

I would try my best to be consistent for a week and then you will begin to start the new habit forming and slowly yet surely you will have changed for the better.

Yes, that's me! I suck at weekends. Spend Monday through Thursday getting back on track, start to feel good about myself again and then it's Friday night... fail.

They say it takes 21 days for something to become a habit. :P Just stay positive and you will get there. Also the more you workout the more you want to do it

It's simple--but not easy. Make a decision and stick with it.

HAHa YES that is me .

I just really enjoy sitting back on a Saturday in trackies, comfy socks and hoody, with a bag of potato chips, a book and my old staffy Bruno at my side.

I struggle with this as well. I'm trying to be more consistent by remembering to log my meals on here, it really has helped me to think about what I'm eating.

Look at your breakdown of calories on a weekly basis, not just a daily basis. I am VERY good with my eating during the week, but all bets are off on Friday and Saturday especially if I have a few drinks. But most of the time it doesn't matter and over the course of a week the calories even out. I do log EVERYTHING I eat and drink, even on the weekends.

I can relate. I just got back from vacation to find that I gained back what little weight I lost. It's very discouraging.
