I'm wondering if pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are good for you or Should I just avoid them? My goal is to lose 20 pounds. thanks!

Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are quite nutritious, but also pretty calorie dense. Watch the portions, and you can absolutely include them (I love a sprinkle of sunflower kernels on my salads).3

I put them on my cottage cheese to add some crunch and texture. Just not a lot though.1

I have 10g pumpkin, 10g sunflower, 3g ground flax seeds every morning with porrige. Just be careful to weigh as said above they are calorie dense, but healthy benefits2
