Iam trying to lose my weight for ages now... But when I take one step forward I come back two steps....

Keep taking that step forward no matter what. Eventually you will get tired of taking the same step over and over and you won't take 2 back.
It's really all a head game. Set mfp to .5 or 1lb a week and log your calories. Go outside for a walk and try to clear your mind of negative thoughts.
I'm pretty new to this as well, I'm sure those more experienced can help you. But the above things are things I tell my self.1 -
Will power is a HUGE element of seeing results!
I can have hard times refraining at social gatherings where there is plenty of food left out to graze on. But I have now started making it a game to stay on track, and furthermore learning more and more about how a lot of common processed foods are bad for you and just contain empty calories. So I ask myself, is putting something into me that will have no benefit other than a few moments of flavor, be worth the extra work needed to lose the weight?
And keeping up with workouts is the other big one, the only bad workout is the one that you never did!0 -
