I personally just take a multivitamin at least every other day and not worry about it, but for calcium, dairy is a great source, especially yogurt. Get full fat or whole milk greek yogurt if you want to help hitting calcium, protein, and fat goals in one snack.1

Broccoli, green leafys and almonds for calcium, pumpkin & sesame seeds, almonds, wholegrains and lentils for zinc1

Thanks I eat all of the above but after checking each day I obviously don't eat enough of the right stuff so I have some calcium zinc and magnesium tablets now.0

Not all food entries are accurate. Better to check the USDA source to see how much is in the food you eat.0 -
pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are great sources of zinc0
