    I am also an Army vet..Are you US Army or another country? If you are US, the VA has the MOVE program, which I am in, which, if you use it can give you some great information, but other than that it is not that great. I have lost a total of 64 lbs since last year, but it's not always been easy. Anyway, add me if you want and I can help give you some support...

    I haven't exercised much at all, except for walking and being less lazy. As of today ive lost 52 pounds in 4 months. So you can do it man, just log your food accurately and they will start shedding off.
