I did my Turbo Fire - Fire 30 - workout tonight and it was amazing! It is crazy how I went into the workout feeling pretty good and when the workout was over, I felt AMAZING!!!! My heart rate monitor read a pretty consistent 175 - 177 heart rate at 83-85% maximum heart rate, I believe. Everything happened so fast, but I know my calories burned for sure... 461!!! Yeah. 461!!! I am so happy and excited haha. The Stretch 10 I did afterwards was great as well. I only burned 35 calories, as to be expected, but that is still good to me! I burned a whole meal off. A whole meal. Tomorrow is my off day... But I might fit it in somehow.0

Okay...I had family in town this weekend and it really threw me off...even though I did exercise...just not TF on Monday! lol I am very excited about this group/challenge. I ran Monday night and then this morning I did TF 60 and will try and squeeze in some kettlebell or weights this evening. I am on a baby's schedule....so morning workouts will always be the base for my routine and anything else is a big bonus! I hope everyone is having a great start to this TF challenge! :bigsmile:0

I just received TurboFire today, and have just done Day 1 of the Prep Schedule ... I have a lot of weight to lose and am pretty unfit, though I've just finished the 30 Day Shred with great results (10lb and 6 inches lost while doing it!).
I did the New to Class option but still had trouble following some of the moves - totally unco-ordinated! :laugh: Such fun though :bigsmile:

WELCOME!!!!! I know it was hard for me at first also..but you WILL git it! It took me about 3 weeks,I still mess up I keep going and stay moving!!0 -

Hi there everyone. I have five days of Turbo Fire down. I have been using average through MFP because I didn't have my heart rate monitor until today. I will start with more accurate HR and calorie counts tomorrow, but according to the scale on July 4th, I was down one pound so I must be doing something right. Keep up the good work ladies!
Day 1-Fire 30 X
Day 2-HIIT 15 X
Day 3-Core 20 X
Day 4-Fire 30/Core 20 X
Day 5( today)-Fire 55 X
I thought about doing the inferno, but I punked out. Since I historically start programs and NEVER finish, I figured I should just stick to the chart this go round.0 -
Well today is day 2 of the Prep Schedule for me ... Stretch 40 class. I did quite enjoy this, but it didn't feel like much of a workout, so I added the Tone 30 class as well ... ouch! lol.0

Hi and WELCOME Well I burn between 200-800 calories. Fire 30 I burned 400 and HIIT 15 was only 162. It will be different for everyone because of weight.I got my HRM at "Sports Authority" for only $100 and it came with a chest strap (I would only by one if it has a chest strap you a better reading)My diary is open if you would like to see.This is my 2nd round so I hAve more of the classes in other months.Starting in Jan I think.0 -
I know today is suppose to be a "rest" day, but I will be making up my workout from yesterday today. I was driving around all of Georgia yesterday and didn't get a chance to. But I am looking forward to KILLING it!0

I use a HRM, although I am on betablockers for migraines which does affect heart rate but I've decided to trust my HRM more than the MFP calorie burns. So far my calorie burn is as follows:
Fire 30 + Stretch 10 = 265 cals
Stretch 40 = 63 cals
Tone 30 = 64 cals0 -
Today is my REST day and I WILL be taking it!! My body has been hurting, so I am going to give it a much needed "day off "0

Today was EZ45 and Tone 30...I normally only have time for one video...but I woke up early and it really energized my day! I hope everyone is doing well with their workouts!0

So yesterday did not work out as planned fo rme since I am fighting a cold right now and my little man is sick as well. Hopefully, I can kill it tonight. Going to do a double workout!0

ok today was fire 55 EZ for me 870 cal burned according to my HRM. but im so sore. my legs hurt soo bad. I feel like i cant move. but happy at the same time cause im doing it, just got to keep up0

Today was Fire 30...I didn't burn as many calories as Monday but still got a good workout! 365 burned...looke like everyone is doing GREAT!!!!0

Did the rest day. Did the Core 20. Did the Fire 45 today. 530 burned. Not too shabby. Tomorrow is HIIT 20. Sometimes the Fire Drills have me reeling. So 20 minutes of Fire Drills, we'll see.0

Today I did TF 45 and almost all of Tone 30.....I would have rather finished Tone 30 than gone to work! I love my TF!!!0

My Turbo Fire came in the mail today!! Yay! I was getting ready to start the disc when the hubs said he wanted to do it with me! I was shocked!! lol...We did the Fire 30 and Stretch 10 classes. He had a hard time with the choreography, but because I did Jam some I was hanging in there ok. I liked the New To Class option, but hopefully the next time I will just jump right in. I prefer just to figure it out in the midst of the class. I LOVE the workout!0

I swapped the days round a bit ... yesterday I did the Fire 40 EZ class - did the new to class option, am completely unco-ordinated ... and today I did the Tone 30 class with .... still ouch!!0

HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 DONE! Holy crap those HIIT workouts are some serious stuff! lol. I LOVE IT! I can't do every move so I modify some but I try to keep moving and keep working. I'm feeling great now and ready to do some more. I'm thinking of going for a walk or doing something like that later today. How's everyone else doing? Your 1st week should be coming close to an end. Any results to report?0

Day 3: Fire 30 and Stretch 10 Done! I did much better for this workout! I was able to get most of the moves down and go through the Fire Drills much better. I am LOVING this!0

Fire 55EZ Today. I skipped the New to Class option. I actually prefer just jumping in and figuring it out. That's the best part about TurboFire. You can make it fit your personal style. I had to pause a couple of times to catch my breath...and the two fire drills back to back was KILLER! Is there anyone else out there?0

UGH broke my finger Sat,so I wont be doing TF by the book.I will be doing 30 day shred and some TF.Looks like everyome is doing great!!! Keep up the good work!!0

That sucks you broke your finger! I hope it heals quickly! I hate injuries, especially when I'm trying to be healthy and do the right thing and they get in your way. Good luck with the 30DS/TF. Keep updating us on your progress...even if it isn't TF it's still motivating to know there are others out there pushing through it.0
