Oh do I need this! After dropping from 258 lbs to 210 lbs last year, I not only stalled out in my quest for an even 200 lbs, but have bounced up and down and am currently 218. I do a great job throughout the day but night rolls around and I start snacking. "Oh a little of this won't make a difference." "And a little of that won't make a difference." "Oh well, I'll get back on track tomorrow".

My problem is that I quit weighing and logging my food, thinking I'll just have a bit, then end up eating way too much. Late night is when it happens. Now I often do my running at night and will hold off eating dinner until after that so there is guilt-free eating for me at night so, for me, late night snacking will be defined as eating after 9pm without weighing and logging, or eating after 9pm when eating beyond my calorie budget.

So yeah, I'm in. I don't know where I stand for the month but I'm going to start today at 0-0

My first day with MFP and I have been forced into snacking - when I wasn't even hungry (and Diet Doctors say, 'Only eat when hungry'). This was because I needed to eat 300+ more calories. But I am following a Keto diet and there will be days when I fast until I reach my maintenance weight. I feel a bit cross about eating two lumps of cheese and a stick of celery when I really didn 't need them. Oh well, early days; I will ignore the nag screens from tomorrow onwards :)

Fell off the wagon. Last night was under calories and snacked late but within goals but tonight I just blew it.
Starting again. Will try to beat 24 streak.

Oct goal no snacking after 9:30 pm (was 10 for Sept).
    Longest streak 24 (9/12-10/5)

I'm in I just started a month ago and snacking 5-11 is huge issue for me. I will challenge myself to not snack past 9 p.m.
