Hello, I find it easier to exercise in the morning. I have a busy schedule through out the day and it doesn't leave a lot of time at night, plus I'm too tired. Morning exercise helps me to get my day started. It makes me feel like I'm a conquerer!0

Like @jackblack0909 said, fitting in your workout first thing in your day, helps you avoid skipping it later in the day from fatigue or lack of time, also when you work out early on, you tend to make better meal choices throughout the day because you become more cognizant about the progress you have made that day.
If you are new to working out, start slow, don't over-do it, slowly work your way up to find out what your limits are.0
