    wow girl!! u look STUNNING! :smiley: cONGRATS!! :) sometimes just seems like no end to the goal.. this is like my 3rd yr&im jus down 23 lbs i was in july down 38lbs.. & gain some back ugh! How did u keep on with motivation??

    I think what helped me the most is that I truly looked at this as a lifestyle change. Keeping in mind previously I did not like that phrase but now I get it. Those weeks when I got on the scale and there was no movement I got off and continued counting calories because there was no diet to get off of- I had truly readjusted my way of eating. I reminded myself that if I didn't see it his week I would see it next and I always did!

    You both radiate happiness. I love seeing success stories (and pics!) like this because it's so motivating! I started in July of last year too, at 238 and have a goal of 155, so not too far from your stats. I took a 6 month maintenance period, but am back at it. Just 20 lbs to go to goal. Your post was just what I needed to see today. Thanks for sharing and congratulations!
