For 15 years os so, I've been eating 10 Tums a week on average due to acid reflux. I bought a new bottle abouta week after starting MFP, and......
I still haven't opened it. Not a single bit of acid reflux in almost 2 months.
Who'd have thought.
I've takes some before/progress pics, but I'm *extremely* reluctant to post them on here. This bit of news, however, is a great feeling for me.

Way to go! As someone who also used to suffer with acid reflux (and was best buds with Zantac), I know what a huge thing that is! Congratulations.:happy:0
