Returning with New committment

I am returning to fitness pal with a new commitment to myself. I have let myself get so out of shape and have not used the tools I have available to me. I am 52 and I am going to be successful in getting fit and healthy. I so appreciate having the support of those who are also on the same path.

    I'm returning as well :) Im 30 with 4 kids. After my second I lost 40 lbs but I've gained it back with the other pregnancies. I'll send you a friend request :)
