    Challenges: Retaining water - probably from starting strength training with weights this week. Made for a less than optimal record weigh in. Also only lost inches in my chest...the girls are disappearing!! :'(

    Successes: Started strength training with weights, and am enjoying it...even with the sore muscles the next day. Finally got a nice paddle in yesterday after a week and half of being stuck on land - 90 minutes of joy! :smiley:

    Think I might be in the same boat as you @escalada22 when I weigh in tomorrow...between starting to workout with weights last week (and later reading it can take up to 10 days to flush that kind of muscle water retention), my TOM being right around the corner, and having to pop ibuprofen for a sore shoulder (which apparently can also cause water retention)...I'm hoping for a miracle, but frankly expecting the worst. :/ We'll see tomorrow, eh? Sometimes miracles do happen!
