Hi! I am trying to maintain. And I am getting ranging numbers between 1400-2200 a day so I need some help lol. I'm 19 5'5 and 122lb. I am a student but I live in a city where I walk everywhere (so technically sedentary but I walk between 4000-8000? Steps a day) so that's not necessarily sedentary.
I also know diet (what you eat) is important. I am allergic to dairy and gluten pretty bad (ibs) so I have to watch what I eat a lot. I eat lots of veggies and fruits and nuts and lean meat.
Soooo help!! Haha avoiding freshman 15!!

I suggest trial and error. Start with the 1400 for a week. Then raise to 1500-1550 the next week and so on. When you gain you've gone too far. Take the calories back to the previous week and that's your maintenance.0
