I'm new to myfitnesspal, but not to weight loss. I'm on & off of Weight Watchers for like 4 years now. So glad my cousin recommended this site....I can still track my food & exercise, but it's FREE! Yay! I'm 44 yrs old, married, no kids and live in NJ.

I look forward to meeting people and sharing our battles and supporting each other.

    Welcome Susie! This site it great...lots of support and a great way to keep on track! I am also 44 (almost 45), married with two adult children that are currently in college. I live in WI. Welcome again and feel free to add me if you want!
