What should my daily calorie intake be?? I find it all very confusing, I am 49 years old, 5ft 4 inches and weigh 8st 8llbs, the site autodefaulted me to 3250 calories a day but I though that was a little high, have tried searching the web but everything gives conflicting information, any help or advice would be greatfully received:wink:

I would input your height and age all over again. That seems to high for calories. I am on 1200 calories a day.

It recommends to maintain your weight that you eat 1592.5calories if you have a light activity life. I posted the link if you would like to verify.
