its oddly more comfortable doing yoga with a group of people you would think it would be nerve racking but it was exciting1

my studio also does the oils and its dark vs my house i have kids climbing on me and all i smell is toddler farts

A good instructor will be able to correct any issues you have that you might not see.2

I would highly recommend going to a yoga studio. I love the vibe and environment. No one will interrupt your yoga practice at a studio! When I do yoga at home I have two dogs that like to check out what I am doing. It's worth a try!!!1

Yoga with others is the best! It's indescribable!1

One tends to be committed at a studio more than at home for a variety of reasons. Something to keep in mind is the routine may differ considerably even if it is the same style. But that can be kind of fun1

It was AWESOME.... I'm glad I went I did the lpyoga vinyasa . I wish I'd tried it earlier ! It was the best workout I've had ☺️ I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up but I was good ... I think4
