Does anyone know some excercises that target stubborn stomach fat? (Specifically lower stomach) I'm having the hardest time! Thanks!:)

You can't spot reduce. Maintain a calorie deficit. Exercise (resistance/weight training and cardio).4

That "belly fat" is generally last to go.

No such thing.
Make sure your CICO equation = deficit until the stubborn stomach fat is gone.
Running, cycling, swimming, weight lifting, walking, tennis - whatever you prefer to do for exercise is nice benefit for your health and overall well being. However, the belly is lost in the kitchen.2 -

Unfortunately, you can spot reduce fat. Keep losing weight and you'll get there.0

Does no one do any research? Literally posting on a calorie counting app, to which its whole purpose is weight loss, gain, and maintenance. You cannot spot reduce, but you can eat less and move more.0
