trying to gain weight

I'm 34 and just started working out again. I use to weigh 155lbs and after I stopped working out it all went away. I got down to 110lbs and was unhappy with how I looked. Now I'm back at it and in 7 months I've gained 20 lbs. So far so good. Would like to gain about 20-30 more lbs. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Hey derrickashbrook82, are you tracking meals, making sure your intake is higher than your expenditure, taking in enough protein and carbs, and working out regularly? If so keep that up. Other than seeking a real personal trainer/nutritionist, that's the best you can do on your own. Keep that up and you'll reach your goals in no time.
