With absolutely no offence intended to our friends in the US, I'd love some friends who I can share recipe ideas with and generally get support from. Unfortunately when I read food diaries of those abroad I don't even recognise half of the ingredients!

I am mostly a clean eater, with the odd treat. I don't have a lot to lose but I have a way to go to get fit.

Anyone with a dark/cynical sense of humour especially welcome :)
