    Bump -- thank you for sharing! I have been living this type of philosophy for a while now, and my only complaint is that I've found I have very little patience for other people with innumerable excuses.

    BUMP BIG TIME!! EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS!

    I'm a strong believer in tough love. and if theres no pain.. theres no gain.. If you want to achieve anything! there is NO WAY around HARD HARD WORK! and getting in shape is exactly the same! I am so sick an tired of excuses from people why they cant go to gym... too tired, work too much, its not for me, ill be too sore, i feel insecure going to gym, im too skinny, im too fat, where do you think everyone started? we were born ripped shredded and pure muscle?? NO! we all started somewhere and had to suck it up and do what we had to do!! whenever someone makes excuses i want them to watch these 2 vids :P copy and paste!

    Onwards & Upwards ---- no one is going to achieve this for me, if I want it I need to get out there and fight for it
