GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE!!! iTS A BRAND NEW DAY, SO LETS START EATING RIGHT AND POSTING!! I MESSED UP LAST NIGHT..I DEF ATE OVER MY CALORIES BUT IM STARTING TODAY FRESH!:grumble:

  • we all have those days. sometimes we do need to treat ourselves... but dont worry its a brand new day... :happy:
  • it is a brand new day and with that you have a chance to make it all better maybe a little bit extra work outs this week thats what i do when i over endulge on yummy food work out 5 to 10 extra minutes for a week that way I know I made up for it lol is that silly or what

    Hey!?! Where's the group today? DId we determine what month we need to meet our goals by? I was thinking June 1 would be a good goal day...So, for me I think I'm going to break it down in to smaller goals...
    February 1-160 lbs
    March 1-155 lbs
    April 1-150 lbs
    May 1-145 lbs
    June -140 lbs

    Hopefully the short term goals will keep me on track! Good luck this weekend everyone!
