Can you collect data from polar h7 HRM?

I just did a run on my treadmill but forgot to start my app. Does my data stay stored in the HRM or so I just guesstimate my treadmill is right at 200 cals burned

    The H7 does not store data, so you'll have to use the treadmill data. That may or may not be correct depending on what parameters are programmed into it. Unfortunately it's the best you have.
