Hi i have just completed the first day if C25K - can anyone tell me how i log exercise for this

    Go in Exercise, then my exercises tab at the top then create exercise and you can add anything you want to it.

    If you've done the first workout you should have done 30 minutes...

    I don't know if you recorded the distance but if not, try to do it next time.

    From the distance and time calculate your average speed.

    Then u can insert it as walking (speed in miles appropriate)

    or Jogging (also using the appropriate speed in miles)


    I'm also doing C25K and it is a very nice begginer workout!! Stay strong and focused and you'll see results.

    are you using an HRM? if so, then you can create your own c25k log, if not then I agree with fatbelly!

    I'm currently strating week 5 and loving every minute of it! :bigsmile:

    There's a C25K app for the iPhone and a in-app fee (total was around 3 or 4 dollars US), along with the Nike+ device it was able to track my distance, rate, and estimate calories burn. The app can play your music and when its time to walk or run, the music quiets down and you hear a voice telling you to "RUN" (or walk; depending upon the interval). The app can also keep a log of your progress.
