2nd day with MFP!

Hey everyone! I'm new to this site and looking to get into great shape again I was able to drop from 220 to 179 about 5+ years ago. Now I am back to 215 and just really want to make my family so proud of me!! Please add me as a friend and keep me motivated and accountable, as I could use the encouragement!! I have the Marine Corps Marathon coming up in October, so I better do something.

  • Good luck with it all.... I'm only 4 weeks in and finding this site really does help.
    It makes a difference if I have to write it down, makes me think twice about putting it in my mouth.

    ive been back and forth with MFP we had a love hate relationship :) recently ive been doing better... your marathon is in october you can deff do it by then! I use to be in the Navy and the military events deff kept me going! add me if youd like.... good luck!
