    o,and yes, could you PLEASE share with me your diet/excercise combination,or just what you did because if I jog another mile with no weight loss, I might just explode! or turn to diet pills which I don't want to do. You did it in 7 mos, and here I am at 4 mos, and a 4 lb failure! thanks girly!

    I do my best to to log everything that I eat and stay close to my daily calorie goal. I drink tons of water, and as far as exercise goes, I do my best to just move! I walk a lot, and I walk/jog on my treadmill as much as I can. I have "off" days where I seem to eat everything in sight, but I don't "beat myself up" about it. Just keep pushing forward, one bad day is nothing and you are only defeated if you give up completely. Good luck to everyone in meeting your goals, we can all DO THIS!

    You look fantastic! This is very inspiring to me because I also started in Jan. at 234.4 & have a goal of 150 in mind. I am currently down 32 pounds, and your pics are very motivating to me! Great job!! Thanks for sharing.
