losing weight :/

For a while now I've been trying to lost weight. I finally am. (lost 3 pounds within this week) Is it bad if I'm over my fat/sugar by 10 on one day. I'm worried

    Worry more about calories than about the macronutrients (fat, carbs, protein). Eating fewer calories than your body burns over time is the most important factor when it comes to weight loss. Everything else is secondary.

    Besides, there's very little you could do on a single day that's going to have a big impact on your weight loss. It's the accumulation over time that causes change.

    I'm always over on my fat, even on my meat free days. I worry a lot less about that than I do about my calorie intake and trying to at least come close to hitting my protein goal. It's working for me so far
