New rules of weightifting for women

Has anyone tried this program, or is currently doing it? I'm wondering what it's like. Of course I know it's suggested that women do weightlifting and I've always wanted to. But I've never really used any of the bigger gym equipment before.

Has anyone had any great success with it? Please post your pics!!

    I tried it but didn't continue beyond the 6 month plan in the book. It definitely helped me build muscle but it's a TON of protein. I have continued with many of the exercises. I'd never really lifted and it was great for learning how to really use the weight room effectively. Good luck!
